Scharff's Restaurant Description

This restaurant has a rich history as a 16th Century cloister vault although today it sports a modern interior and contemporary paintings. The French inspired cuisine depends heavily on the herb garden which produces the freshest of ingredients. The sandstone cellars are home to the very best wines from Germany as well as a large selection of international premium vintages. For private celebrations or internal corporate dinners, the chef's table, with its view over the kitchen, provides a setting that is both exclusive and tranquil.
