Scholars Restaurant Description

A few minutes away from the castle, The Stirling Highland is a prestigious hotel in the heart of the historic city of Stirling. Once the high school, the hotel now contains the refined Scholars restaurant, which served traditional and international classics beneath its vaulted beams.

Typically elegant dishes include chicken filled with tarragon mousse and seared salmon fillet on lemon risotto. The Headmaster's Study is an ideal spot to enjoy a pre or post dinner drink.
