Scoffers Description

The Battersea Rise based Scoffersit, which boasts a laid back café style is the perfect place to stop by and enjoy a leisurely spot of breakfast or lunch. By night the menu gets a little more sophisticated and includes the likes of pan-fried ostrich fillet with oyster mushrooms, Savoy cabbage and chorizo with a mustard gravy, or fillet of baby red mullet with fennel puree, clams and a white wine cream sauce. To accompany such delights there's also an excellent wine list and more temptation in the form of dessert. What's more Scoffers also has a specialist party area in which those wishing to celebrate a special occasion with friends can feel at ease.

I had dinner there last night with my family. With the tree, fairy lights and lamps on the table, it was a very pretty setting. A mixed age range of diners, which was good. They have friendly staff and the food was great as was the price! It is a nice little restaurant - well recommended.
