Searcy's Restaurant provides high quality eating and drinking in a stylish, contemporary setting overlooking the Barbican lakeside with its views of the city skyline. The food is British with a French influence. The hallmark of this highly acclaimed restaurant is an emphasis on natural flavours, combined with simple, elegant presentation. The executive head chef is Chris McGowan, who has previously worked as senior sous chef for both Pierre Koffmann at la Tante Claire and Gary Rhodes at City Rhodes.
