I ate here during Summer 2010 and to be fair, I wasn’t expecting a lot. I was surprised at formality of the staff and how well informed they seemed to be on the product of they were selling. On choosing our meal, we had to wait a while for our table to be ready but when you take into account that they get the in house guests to pre order it is understandable. The meal was started to a delicious appetizer and then followed a souffle which was to die for. When my main course arrived I could not imagine of finding a dish so well presented outside London, where I reside. The dish had obviously been well thought out as, the duck and all the accompaniments enhanced the meal so well. I and my wife thought we would manage to share a dessert and to my disbelief, crepe suzzette flambed at the table - this was too good to be true. It was expertly flambed at the table. It was a lovely experience we look forward to visiting in 2011
