Set on the water edge of The Serpentine this all day café presents a cool setting for an enjoyable meal. The breakfast menu is intended to give a perfect start to the morning with selections that range from the hearty full English, to a smoked salmon and cream cheese bagel, or eggs Benedict, Florentine or Royale. From 12 noon to close expect to see some wholesome, inventive dishes like slow cooked chicken with chorizo and butterbean stew, and lamb shank rogan josh with naan bread, whilst others might prefer the beloved British staple of battered cod and chips with tartare sauce. There are also a number of lighter bites such as soups, salads, pizzettes on Lebanese flatbread and small plates of chorizo picante and marinated olives.
