The Shajan has been setting the standards for Indian food and service in the Ribble Valley for more than ten years. The food is prepared with the freshest ingredients, with care and attention and always arrives quickly, hot and bursting with flavour. The staff are always friendly and nothing seems to be to much trouble for them, the same goes with the kitchen, any dish can be prepared at a moment’s notice if you cannot find something you like or just want to challenge the chef. Our family thinks it is the best restaurant, take away this side of Manchester and the fact that it is never quiet leads us to believe we are not the only ones!

Some friends of ours invited us to join them at the Shajan, I was so impressed it stood above all the Indian restaurants I have tried in the North West, and from that night we have been hooked! Taking the kids at the weekend. Very friendly staff always making you welcome and the owner has always come to our table to say hello each time we have been, not something I have had anywhere else. The food is the best quality, fresh and cooked to perfection. Saturday evenings are hectic but they still get it right. 10/10 - keep doing what your doing.
