We ordered takeaway for a set time and it arrived over 30 minutes early and though we tried to keep it warm by the time our guests arrived it was almost cold. The vegetables were soggy and the noodles damp. Though they called to apologise that is not of much use when you have a room full of people and you have to serve cold food. No discount was offered. The are many takeaway restaurants around and times are tough. If one cannot get it right use another.
