Shuffords has an outstanding barbecue. I usually get pulled pork sandwiches and banana pudding there. Their sauce is great and they are always friendly. Definitely the best barbecue in Chattanooga.

The barbecue and sauce are great. I live in Rhode Island and was recently there, so I brought sauce back with me. Jeff does a great job there and everyone is pleasant.
