Siam Erawan Description

In 1994 there was quite a stir when Siam Erawan was established in the New Town. Thai cuisine was spreading fast and there is no doubt that the lead established then by Siam Erawan has been well maintained ever since.

There are two rooms, one quite small and cellar-like, the other roomier and nearer to the kitchens, from whence delicious aromas waft through, giving an even keener edge to the appetite. The ingredients used in Thai cooking always seem more aromatic than most and their blending seems more a meeting of cuisines than a mere recipe.

As long as standards remain as high as they are now Siam Erawan will continue to play its part amongst the leaders of the pack for a long time to come.
