Welsh rump of lamb with cauliflower puree and Cumberland jus, rhubarb’s delicious fish cakes, and peat smoked salmon are some of the dishes which adorn the menu at Silver Sturgeon. Beef rendang, a beef curry scented with lime leaf, lemon grass and coconut or the watermelon salad with confit duck and a hoisin dressing is something with which a connoisseur of food would want to experiment, not to mention the rhubarb Cinderella slipper, a white chocolate slipper filled with champagne, brûlée and frosted forest berries and other carousels of elegant goblets filled with miniature desserts.
