Sinatra's Ristorante

75 Waterhouse Street, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1ED

Sinatra's strategic location near the magic roundabout does well in bringing in lovers of Italian cooking in Hemel Hempstead. The warm ambience at the restaurant helps in creating a relaxed setting for a leisurely meal while the open plan kitchen helps diners to watch the chefs at close quarters. Italian favourites of minestrone soup, lasagne and escalope Milanese are all there alongside crepinette al Sinatra, oven baked pancakes filled with chicken, mozzarella and tomato sauce. Try the pollo del gourmet, chicken breast cooked in Madeira wine sauce topped with pâté and served on a crouton, for that gourmet touch, while fish and meat main courses may feature a grilled Dover sole, monk fish cooked with green peppercorn, cream and brandy, and fillet steak cooked in Barolo wine, wild mushrooms and garnished with creamed potatoes.

REVIEWS OF Sinatra's Ristorante

Helena (28 January 2009)

I have visited Sinatra’s twice in the last month and had a starter and the pasta dish, which was lovely and the best I have had. The house white wine was the best I’ve tasted for a long time, two of us, and the bill was £38 inclusive of service charge. Even though it was very quiet for a Thursday night, I will definitely be visiting again. Well recommended!

Bob (15 December 2008)

When I arrived at the restaurant the atmosphere was amazing. The staff made you feel very welcome, and the food was very nice and cooked to perfection. After the meal they provided great entertainment, in which the whole restaurant got involved. Overall I had a great experience and will be returning. Thank you and a merry Christmas.
