For a steak lover, the 12 oz sirloin, served with green pepper sauce, chunky chips, tomatoes and mushrooms, is an appropriate choice. There's a delightful selection of desserts, which could include gingerbread parfait served with figs in brandy, and a wine list which covers Europe and the New World comprehensively.

Six Restaurant (11 April 2009)

What a fantastic restaurant, we all enjoyed a great meal there last night at a surprisingly reasonable price. The food was great, service impeccable and the views across the Tyne, stunning. Strongly recommend it!
