Soba - Poland Street Description

Soba is a modern Japanese noodle bar located on Poland Street. Here the décor is modern minimalism, allowing the concentration to remain with the food. The menu is made up of well-priced and generously portioned noodle dishes, which seems to be a winning formula. Huge bowls of steaming ramen style noodles including salmon, tofu and grilled beef varieties, will set you back around £5.50. Otherwise try the likes of chicken yaki, beef with black bean sauce, or chicken satay. There are also great starters and side dishes such as spring rolls, salt & pepper squid and deep fried prawns with a sweet dipping sauce. When it comes to drinks you can choose from a short list of wines and beers, or even sample some sake.
