Started by Chef and owner Carol Wallack, Sola in North Lincoln Avenue features contemporary American cuisine with a Californian flair and blended with delicate but strong Asian and Hawaiian flavours.

Look out for dishes such as a trio of tuna tartars with Thai cucumber salsa; Dijon encrusted rack of lamb stuffed with cambazola cheese, and opakapaka Hawaiian snapper en papillote with pineapple, shiitake, mint and cilantro. Among desserts, choose between a wonderful banana hazelnut brûlée; braised pineapple, coconut sorbet and macadamia nut shortbread cookies and a selection of eight cheeses. Wines from all over the world complement the menu exceedingly well.

Sola can accommodate parties of up to 40 people in the private dining room. For larger groups, the main dining room is available.
