At Spice 6 the biryanis are served in earthenware vessels which are actually used to cook them in the dum pukth style, slow cooking that preserves the natural flavours of the ingredients. Biryanis of chicken, lamb, prawn and vegetable make for a substantial main course along with dishes such as chicken dhansak, lamb dopiaza and king prawn bhuna. You could begin the meal with chicken breast pakora, onion bhaji or crispy wheat wafers with potato, chickpeas and tamarind sauce, if you wish.
