I initially visited Spice Valley by default when my sister was visiting me in Bolton. The restaurant is very stylish and modern with a friendly but quiet atmosphere and a warm welcome. Some great music was on in the background that added to the feeling of being somewhere authentic not the usual Indian restaurant muzak. The food is quite simply, ‘fantastic’ and the waiters were happy to explain some items we weren’t sure of. Their attentiveness was refreshing and although we spent a long time chatting we weren’t made to feel we had to move on and were even given complimentary liquers. Yes, we went back again by choice and I have recommended the restaurant to friends.
