The kitchen pulls off the food side with aplomb with some innovative and contemporary style of Indian cooking by blending delicate flavours, light textures and stunning presentations. Take the masala roast lamb shank for instance, a mildly spiced dish cooked with red wine and served with roast potato and aromatic basmati rice or the zafrani duck, spiced and marinated duck breast, perfectly roasted, sliced and served with saffron sauce and pomegranates.
