Spread Eagle, The Description
A scenically well-endowed riverside restaurant with good bucolic dishes in comfortable and relaxed surroundings. There is adventure to be had, but it is discreet. Even more adventure is available should you be a connoisseur of malt whiskey and for those who are not, a simple, comfortably priced wine list opens with reliable house wines at £9.95.

We have dined at the Spread Eagle a number of times over the past few years and this times visit was just so special. As always the food was superb and well presented - the staff and the service impeccable and we think think this high quality comes at reasonable cost. Highly recommended and we will return!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful meal and an evening of entertainment at the annual Burns Night at the Spread Eagle. It was excellent value for money and the food was superb. We will be looking for other events at the restaurant through the year.
