St Pancras Grand Description
St Pancras is considered to be one of London's greatest Victorian buildings; it is not just home to the Eurostar but a retail and hospitality destination, prominent among which are Europe's longest Champagne Bar as well as St Pancras Grand restaurant, situated opposite the bar on the Rendezvous level of the station.
The new dining destination, classy in every sense of the word, combines the romance of travel from a bygone era and quintessentially British dining. The seasonally changing menu offers a range of dishes all created by Chef Billy Reid and his team.
There are oysters, shellfish, smoked and potted seafood, cold meats, soups, salads and caviar with buckwheat, pan-scones and egg mimosa, to begin. Brunch is available all day and could include smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, and kedgeree. Lemon sole appears grilled and 'on the bone' while baked marrow, wild mushroom and herb crust, or pork cutlets are other dishes worth exploring.
Eton mess and sherry trifle make up the pudding list. European wines complement the food and are available by the glass and carafe.

Don't be put off by the name; this is modern and British at its best. The place is glamorous without being stuffy, and has a spectacular champagne bar.
