Standard Tandoori Description
Exactly what the name implies. This stalwart of Bayswater has been serving good old-fashioned curries for more years than people can remember. The service is particularly friendly and if you're a tourist looking to experience a typical high street curry house, then this is the place - even down to the slightly faded look and 'after 11' opening hours which are more than useful after a few pints of London Pride!

We live in the neighbourhood and have been going to The Standard now for over a year. The selection, prices, and quality are all fantastic and we'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting or living in the area.

I've been going here every four or five years for twenty years and it has never failed to please. Last time three adults and three children enjoyed it enormously. Beer and wine not overpriced like in so many curry houses.
