Steak Exchange

2 Exchange Square, London, EC2A 2EH

Steak aficionados can have their fill of their favourite dishes at the Steak Exchange, a Davy's Group restaurant on Exchange Square. Located next door to Liverpool Street Station, the restaurant places great emphasis on quality and uses only naturally reared, grass fed beef steaks source from the award-winning Scottish butcher, Donald Russell. The house signature dish, Exchange steak tartare, is a succulent hand-cut fillet of beef prepared to order and served with shallots, capers, gherkins, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco and topped with a raw free-range egg yolk. Diners could also choose other classic cuts including rib eye, sirloin, pave rump and Chateaubriand. Surf and turf offers a 220g juicy rib eye topped with grilled langoustines and garlic butter.
