As everyday is different why keep the lunch specials the same? Daily changing plates of red beans and rice, meatloaf and brown gravy, chicken fried steak, slow roasted beef brisket and fresh shrimp plate keeps boredom at bay. The quintessential noon time staple gets slightly creative - select your deli sandwich from the box and tell them how you like it dressed. For the rest it could be a rope smoked sausage, sliced and grilled, served on toasted French with Swiss, mayonnaise and Creole mustard, a catfish boat or hot roast beef po-boy.
