Stock-Yard steakhouse has been recognised by the International Restaurant and Hospitality Rating Bureau as one of the top ten steakhouses in the United States. The building where the restaurant is located has hallways lined with Italian pink marble and trimmed in cherry wood, and was used as a livestock trading center till 1974.

Begin your meal with Norwegian smoked salmon, or rooster fries deep-fried in buttermilk batter before sinking your teeth into what's made them famous. The steaks range from a 12 or 16oz prime rib and 22oz porterhouse, to New York strip sirloin, fillet, rib eye, steak au poivre, beef kebabs, and surf and turf combinations, all aged to tenderness and cooked over a hickory, charcoal grill. Choices such as a 3lb Maine lobster, pork chops, teriyaki chicken, and pasta add variety to the menu.

There's a homemade almond cookie stuffed with vanilla ice cream and chocolate to help you end a great meal. With over three hundred wines, Stock-Yard has received the Wine Spectators 'Award of Excellence' for the past four consecutive years.
