Striped Bass is relatively new addition to Glasgow's ever swelling eating out scene; it has brought a touch of class with it, as it opened to rave reviews, including a rating of 8/10 from Joanna Blythman writing in the Glasgow Herald.

It is located in fashionable Princes Square and was created by Ian Fleming from The Buttery early in 2008. It is a stylish contemporary seafood restaurant with the only Louis Roederer Champagne Bar in the UK. There is seating for up to fifty five customers on their exclusive Terrace, and a further fifty five in their air-conditioned main restaurant and bar.

Selected meat and vegetarian options along with a fantastic range of cocktails and champagne makes this a very select but accessible destination.
