What a fantastic escape from the busy high street of Old Amersham! It was a quaint English country garden cafe with mouth-watering home-made delights, and loose leaf tea, which I've failed to find else where locally. The staff were genuinely interested in accommodating your every need, understand the produce and its origins and always greet you with a smile - I'd recommend it to anyone in the area. Whether it be for 11 a.m. coffee and cake, a delicious soup at lunch or afternoon scones with clotted cream - perfect every time!
