At Super Smokers, a dry rub made from a combination of spices is applied to the meat, which is then rotisserie-smoked over an apple wood fire. Barbeque enthusiasts can look forward to a selection of loin back ribs, sandwich platters of pulled pork, pulled chicken smoked turkey and beef brisket. Try the smoked bacon with the house specialty seasoning and lettuce, tomato and Jack cheese served on Texas toast. The sampler platter has a full slab of ribs, two regular sandwiches and a quarter chicken with four side orders. Sides include baked beans, potato salad, corn on the cob and apple sauce.
