The à la carte menu reflects the variations of Indian cuisine with dishes of luft-e-dariya, jumbo king prawns matured in hung curds and marinated with spices; makhmali tikka, chunks of chicken marinated in yoghurt, spices and cooked in a tandoor; and tawa seabass. Curry afficandos can have dishes of butter chicken; murg badami, a Lucknowi boneless grilled chicken cooked in a rich gravy of nuts and the traditional elaichi gosht.
