Consider wild mushroom ravioli, with fresh herbs, toasted pine kernels and boursin cream sauce, or traditional Greek salad - feta cheese, olives, cucumber, peppers, red onion, and beef tomato, served with houmous, tzatziki and toasted pitta breads; then be tempted by naughty but nice profiteroles or sherry trifle, sherry soaked raspberries, blueberry muffin, crème Anglaise whipped cream and almonds.
