TABLE Description
The myhotel group of boutique hotels are well known for their class act when it comes to offering comfortable accommodation to their guests as well as taking care of their needs. Guests of the Brighton branch as well as locals who drop by for a meal at the TABLE will agree that it is one of the best things to have happened to this modern hotel. The informal and friendly atmosphere is further enhanced with the delightful al fresco terrace that elevates the enjoyment of a meal to new heights.
TABLE features modern British cuisine along with grills and seafood specialities with fresh fish sourced from the South Coast. Starters might typically be the Cumbrian air dried ham with endive, apple and grain mustard coleslaw. For the main course, choose from the numerous delicious options, maybe the whole sea bass with marinated fennel salad and saffron or tagliatelle with clams, chilli and garlic. Finish with the delicate English strawberry pavlova or a plate of cheese from High Weald dairy.

I recently enjoyed an excellent dinner at the TABLE, the crispy squid starter was the best squid I've ever had in the UK, so tender and tasty, but crisp on the outside. The bream was amazing and I was very impressed with the service and attitude from the staff. It was worth every penny, not at all over priced with an excellent value. I have paid a lot more else for far less. Next time I want to check out the hotel accommodation too. And yes the restrooms were pristine.

In one word - fabulous! The starters and mains were very innovative and used locally sourced food - just brilliant. The staff were very friendly efficient staff and essentially a great atmosphere, I will be back.
