I have eaten at La Tasca many times and usually enjoyed it but I have to say that the last time I went there, which was a couple of weeks ago I was disappointed. I went with a group of about eight people and we requested the 'party' menu. We've had this before and have always been very impressed with the quality and amount of food. This time however, the quality was 'so-so', the portions were stingy to say the last and the service was not great.
Considering we paid £15 per head I didn't think the food was worth it, we were also sat with another table of people very close behind us which proved awkward, they had squished us in basically! Won't rush back in a hurry.
