Owner and Chef Karen Taylor's fetish for experimenting with various types of cuisines coupled with years of experience in New York's restaurant industry heralded the birth of Taylor Cuisine Café and Catering Inc. South West egg rolls stuffed with black beans, corn, grilled chicken and spices, served with salsa, and crab cakes with tartar sauce set the pace, followed by neighborhood favorites of lightly breaded steak, fried golden brown, smothered in their signature country-style brown gravy and Southern fried chicken. The catering menu covers plenty of ground with petite assorted quiche, devilled eggs, angel hair pasta with broccoli and garlic, herb roasted turkey, pork tenderloin and marinated flank steak amongst others.
