The menu is a flavourful blend of contemporary and traditional fare drawn from all the regions of Italy and includes starters of Crostino di N'duja, a Calabrian pork sausage, and swordfish with black olives, capers and lemon. There are also antipasti dishes of moscardini-braised baby octopus with fregola, pasta linguine with Cornish crab, chilli and lime, and scallops with golden beetroot and chilli. Silky, home-made pasta rubs shoulders with heart risottos, while committed carnivores can indulge in vitello, grilled veal with spunta potatoes and peperonata, or agnello, a traditional dish of lamb with garlic and aubergine.
