Born out of a shared love for good Sardinian food, the Tenore, London is an elegant restaurant serving pan-Italian traditional cuisine with recipes that have been passed down from generations. Casually elegant and chic, the food is varied and fresh, prepared by the experienced chef Romani Mario and his experienced team, most of whom are natives of Sardinia.

The menu is a tantalizing mix of fresh pastas, a variety of pizzas like margherita with tomato, mozzarella and basil, and sarda, which has tomato, mozzarella, Sardinian sausages, fresh sausages and gorgonzola. There are distinct Sardinian dishes as well as like bottarga, tomato, mozzarella, artichokes, rocket and grey mullet caviar, baked over a wood-fired oven manned by a sturdy-looking pizzaioli and served with an assortment of breads and short eats.

The variety of culinary fare is amply supported by an enticing wine list with a mix of the red, white and the rose variety, which is a hallmark of traditional Sardinian cuisine.
