We booked for 8.30 pm and arrived at 8.33 pm. At 8.45 a waiter attended us and asked us to wait in the lounge area to the side. We watched as other couples flowed through this system, arriving after us and being ushered to the table before us, but after I complained, we were shown a table at 9.05 pm. We ordered our dinner and were served our starters at 9.30. The starters were beautifully presented, but were rather ordinary to eat. At 10.30, when I inquired about our main course, the senior waitress indicated there were some problems in the kitchen. She returned to say our meal would be with us within 5 to 10 minutes, but it did not come, and we decided to leave the restaurant as our babysitter was waiting. It was apparent that we were not the only people having difficulties.
