The Alasia, a family run restaurant tucked away in Weston's theatre district of Grove Village is a perfect stopover for pre-theatre dining. The décor is unfussy and tasteful - wenge floors, spotless white tables, local artwork and soft pastel shades alternating with crimson hues - all highlighted with soothing ceiling lights.

For lunch, a well crafted menu with specials on the board, include vegetable risotto, homemade fishcakes and beef and stilton gourmet burger. An exotic evening à la carte features dishes such as venison steak seasoned with juniper and fennel, rump with cracked black pepper ice cream, or seasonal vegetable casserole with English mustard dumplings.
