The Atrium Restaurant

Dalmeny Hotel, 19-33 South Promenade, Lytham St Anne's, FY8 1LX

State-of-the-art design is not necessarily associated with some of our longer established Northern seaside resorts, but at Lytham St Anne's you are left in no doubt that the 21st century has arrived. Nor does the metamorphosis stop with the striking hotel that catches so much attention on the promenade. Inside, in the Atrium Restaurant, the professional team work to produce a menu that has sophistication and flair aswell as a offering a range of traditional local dishes. Such dishes as roulade of locally reared chicken breast, black pudding and spinach served with a broad bean and chorizo cassoulet, herb potato puree and white wine sauce or the freshest of Fleetwood cod in beer batter, served with home cut chips, pea puree and tartar sauce, delight a clientele that cuts right across the social spectrum, with a set dinner from £15.
