An extensive á la carte menu could include dishes such as cured ham and caramelised pear with balsamic vinegar; roasted Mediterranean vegetables and goats' cheese with honey and walnuts; gnocchi, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and basil, and a king prawns and smoked salmon salad, that can all be had as starters or mains.
