I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. We had a wonderful meal in the Bistro Restaurant. The rooms are very spacious and serve a more than sufficient breakfast.

Even with our three month old, our evening at the Boar’s Head was good, thanks to the skilful staff who kept coming round our table entertaining us. My wife and I really enjoyed the starters’ board, especially the soups – yummy. We will always look back on our stay with warmth and glee, after all it’s nearly Christmas and that’s how it felt. The kids loved their food, and daddy even paid without a gasp. Best wishes to all the staff there.
