A 17th century country inn called The Brownlow Arms provides good old-fashioned hospitality and modern comforts in a peaceful location near Grantham, Lincolnshire. The inn is one of those lovely old places customers pop in to for a relaxing meal or a refreshing drink at any time of the day.

The ambiance of the restaurant is like a neat country house; comfortable, intimate, and a great place to enjoy a satisfying meal created by Chef Paul Vidic. The dishes are both classical and traditional with modern influences and supported by an interesting wine list.

Amongst starters, you could find confit of duck leg with honey and thyme glazed shallots, and a delightful baked Brownlow cheese soufflé with ham leeks and cream. A choice of well-created main courses embraces breast of chicken, melting Taleggio, oven-baked plum tomatoes, basil pesto, and pan juices, and fillet of salmon with new-season asparagus, and lemon hollandaise.
