The modern European menu incorporates the best flavours of Britain, Italy, France and Spain. Typical dishes include potage of baby monkfish and oysters with summer truffle shavings; seared scallops and braised oxtail with pea vinaigrette; sauté of guinea fowl and black pudding with onion and thyme tart; light ginger and treacle spice cake with baked apples and figs; and rhubarb and summer berry trifle tart with thick jersey cream.

The small corner site features floor to ceiling windows along two walls, and is divided into two adjoining dining rooms. The décor is simple black and white, with several striking painting. The intimate lounge bar will feature black leather chairs, dark wood tables and a full-service cocktail bar.
