Housed in a former antiques shop, The Chef's Table, a bistro with a food shop over two floors offers a unique dining experience to anyone who appreciates simple, good food. It is owned and run by Sarah and Michael Bedford formerly of the Trouble House in Tetbury. The venue specializes in seasonal, fresh and locally produced food. Michael's passion for rustic, French dishes is reflected in the daily lunch menu. Typical lunch dishes include wild mushroom risotto; creamy moules mariniere, and aromatic apples and pears poached in a reduction of red wine, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom.
