Their repertoire includes chicken green masala, Kashmiri lamb rogan josh, seasonal fish cooked with onions, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, mustard seeds and red chillies, prawns cooked with pepper, tomatoes, ginger and grounded spices and pumpkin masala. Vegetarians can look forward to tarka dal, potatoes Bombay style, chickpeas with cottage cheese and tomatoes, aubergine with onions, tomatoes and peppers and sautéed okra with onions.
