We've needed somewhere like this for a while, with unfussy service and a good selection of drinks. It usually has a good buzzy atmosphere without being overpowering. The food is usually good but standards are variable - they seem to turn staff over quite fast and consistency isn't a strong point. It is okay value and you can eat cheaper around there but it won't be this good.
