The Corner Bistro is the perfect setting for my husband and my date nights. The wait staff always takes time to explain the regional wine selection. When eating out, I try to eat meals that I cannot make at home. Some of my favorite dishes are the elk medallions, hummus burger, and popcorn shrimp. Be sure to save room for dessert. The bistro employs a dessert magician! Try the agave apple pie – divine - and anything else the waiter recommends. Breakfast and lunch are also excellent meals. Try anything with apples in it - an unexpected surprise!

It was the best burger I have eaten in a long, long time. It was a little expensive, but I am eager to pay for the best. The surroundings are very comfortable and clean, and the service members of staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return for more, and more.
