The Cracked Egg, a locally owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant with outlets sited across several Las Vegas areas, opened its doors in 2002 and has become a favourite at the 'Sin City'. A vivid interior done up in soothing tones contrasting the dark furnishings and a well kept patio are common to each of its locations.

It opens early enough to witness the first morning light, and you could walk in for a speciality breakfast of scrambles, skillets and omelettes paired with turkey sausages, bacon, chicken and steaks. For lunch expect to see hearty sandwiches and burgers with ham, chicken and tuna fillings or if you are amongst those who worry about their waistline, excellent salads are to hand for your rescue.

The Cracked Egg has a commendable list of sweets including homemade coffee cakes and many varieties of pancakes and French toasts.
