Menus at the Vetro change seasonally offering a wide selection of appetizers, pasta dishes, risotto, fish and meat dishes. Apart from the buffet breakfast, lunch or dinner here could consist of dishes like Burrata cheese with caponata and balsamic vinegar, pea, mint and ricotta tart, lobster veloute with broad beans and parsley, risotto with baby clams and peas, twice-cooked belly of pork with crispy sage and rabbit ravioli with fresh tomatoes, green olives and basil.Menus at the Vetro change seasonally offering a wide selection of appetizers, pasta dishes, risotto, fish and meat dishes.
