Serving traditional British dishes with a modern twist, The Dining Rooms at Worsley Park delights guests with its vibrant contemporary ambience and exceptional service. They can choose to dine in any of three dining rooms set in the magnificent 200-acre estate, just seven miles from the centre of Manchester.
 
The à la carte menu features starters of pan fried scallops with Lancashire black pudding and mustard sauce, pressed crisp pork belly with Bramley apple purée as well the house signature prawn cocktail with langoustines, tiger prawns and shrimps. Main courses include supreme of chicken with bread pudding, smoked shallot and baby leeks; venison haunch with haggis game pie, sweet potato and buttered cabbage; and cannon of Lancashire lamb with mutton hot pot and pea purée. Desserts range from the comforting sticky toffee pudding to the sumptuous chocolate pave with honeycomb and buttermilk jelly. Alternatively, the award winning cheese board offers a delectable assortment of local cheeses such as Blacksticks blue, Mrs. Kirkham's, Leagrams organic creamy Lancashire, Kidderton Ash and Sandham's smoked.
