At the helm is Executive Chef, David Coulson, who has worked at leading Michelin Star restaurants in the North East and Cumbria. His creativity, passion and superior culinary skills are evident in exciting dishes that come out of the kitchen. The gastronomic journey can begin with spiced chicken terrine served with coconut jelly and coconut crisp and Boston scallops with pickled cucumber, coriander and shallot dressing.
