REVIEWS OF The Ebury

kellie writherton (5 September 2011)

I love this place, i went recently on Sunday with some friends and they had a great Dj playing cool chilled tunes and we had a lvoely time! i think it's a regular Sunday thing lunch and djs, very warm and inviting an will be making it my regular Sunday watering hole!

Oliver Stracey (7 March 2006)

The Ebury looked very promising when I moved into the area two years ago. Having enjoyed excellent drinks there on a number of occasions I took my family there for a meal and can only say that the service is not matched by the venues style.

My main complaint was the time that it took to be served, and when the wrong food being served, with no apologies offered. The food (what we were served), was excellent. Since the first fall from grace I have periodically tried to take friends to the restaurant in the belief that it could just be a bad experience, but have to date (with over six restaurant visits under my belt) always being disappointed by bad service.

I believe that the Ebury has a great bar and the book is excellent, however service notes could be taken from their namesake (Ebury Winebar) up the road.
